Prinsjesdag HatsIn the Netherlands every third Tuesday in September is 'Prinsjesdag' ( Prince's day ) the opening of the Dutch parlaiment. It's also called 'Hoedjesdag' ( Hat's day ) as it's a tradition to wear a hat while attending the festivities. People go out of their way, including Queen Maxima, to score the 'Best hat of the year'. All eyes might be on her and the politicians, though winners are found on the heads of those guarding the festivities.
Record Sleeve for the project Secret7". Secret7" combines music and art for a good cause. They take seven tracks from seven artists around. Then get creatives from around the world to interpret artwork in their own style for of one of the 7 tracks. The sleeves are exhibited and sold and the money is donated to a good cause.
The victims of the Breitscheidplatz attack in Cicero MagazineDecember 19th 2016 there was a terrorist attack on the Christmas market at the Breitscheidplatz in Berlin. In their current issue Cicero Magazine features the unknown victims. I was asked to illustrate the Platz and the people and tried to honor them by doing so.
